Product warranty

Our products have a warranty period for each product.

In principle, the warranty period is one year from the date of purchase for electronic equipment and 30 days from the date of purchase for other products, but the warranty period may differ depending on the product. Please note that the content and period of the warranty for each product is the content and period indicated on the back of the package of the purchased product or in the instruction manual. For details, please check the back of the package of the purchased product or the instruction manual.


  1. We will guarantee free of charge based on the contents of the warranty only if the product fails during normal use within the specified warranty period, or if it is an initial defect.

  2. In the event of product failure, bring the product along with the product warranty card to the store where you purchased the product. The customer is responsible for the cost of bringing the product to the store or the shipping fee for mailing the product. If you purchased it from an internet shop, please contact the store where you purchased it. Please note that we cannot accept orders sent directly from us. If you have any questions about the warranty, please contact our customer center.

  3. Please note that the following cases are not covered by the warranty even within the period.

(b) When the product warranty is not presented.

(b) If the specified items of this warranty have not been entered, or the wording has been rewritten, or if there is no store name. Or if you do not present your order number in the case of purchase at the Internet shop.

(c) Failure or damage due to fire, natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, gas damage, abnormal voltage, use of unspecified power supply, etc.

(d) Failure or damage caused by inappropriate handling such as dropping during transportation after purchase (excluding shipments from Internet shops).

(e) Failure caused by modification or improper handling or operation by the customer. When repairing, adjusting, remodeling, improving, etc., or disassembling a part of the product independently. Please note that this also applies if you peel off the label such as the serial number attached to the product.

(f) Due to natural consumption, wear and deterioration.

(g) We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the use of this product or the inability to use this product, or for damage to the product caused intentionally or negligently by the user. Please note that

(h) Regarding the warranty of each product, our means of guarantee to our customers shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at our option. If this product is discontinued, we may introduce other equivalent products.

(i) Please note that the warranty period will not be extended for repair or replacement.

(J) Technical support is not accepted from our main phone number.

(l) The product warranty card will not be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.

(l) The product warranty is valid only when the product is used in Japan.
