送料について
商品以外の代金：送料 小型商品：一律198円 ※商品3,980円以上の購入で送料無料）
大型商品：基本送料1,232円 ※3,980円以上の購入で送料無料 ※北海道・九州・沖縄は追加送料が必要となる場合がございます。（例：マウスパッド）
予約製品、受注生産品は別途送料が必要となります。
配送方法は当ショップ指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様にご選択頂くことは出来ません。
＜配送日数について＞
土日祝日を除き、ご注文より３営業日以内に出荷させていただきます。
自然災害や大規模なイベント等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。
予めご了承ください。
＜配送中の破損等について＞
梱包の際は外箱にへこみやキズが付かないよう十分に配慮のうえ、出荷準備をいたしております。
しかし、配送業者に引き渡し後に輸送中に何らかのトラブルや、配送業者の責任による損傷などが発生する可能性はございます
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のへこみやキズ等は、ご理解頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
＜海外発送について＞
当ショップでは、海外向けの発送を FedEx 国際配送 にて承っております。
海外発送の場合は、
・地域ごとの追加送料
・各国で発生する関税・輸入手数料等
が別途必要となります。これらの費用はお客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。
発送は 通常営業日（月～金） に行っております。
土日祝日の出荷は行っておりません。
また、FedEx がサービス提供を行っていない国・地域については、以下をご確認ください：

加えて、現地の社会情勢（政情不安・自然災害など）により、予告なく配送サービスが停止・遅延する場合 がございます。

Small items: Flat rate of ¥198
Free shipping for orders over ¥3,980 -
Large items: Base shipping fee of ¥1,232
Free shipping for orders over ¥3,980
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa (e.g., mouse pads).
For pre-order or made-to-order items, additional shipping fees may apply.
The shipping method will be determined by our shop, and customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.
＜Shipping Time＞
Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that this may vary in regions affected by natural disasters or large-scale events.
＜Damage During Delivery＞
We take great care when packing our products to prevent dents or scratches on the outer box.
However, once the package has been handed over to the courier, damages may occur due to unforeseen incidents during transportation or carrier-related issues.
Minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging that do not affect product usage are considered acceptable.
We appreciate your understanding.
＜International Shipping＞
We offer international shipping via FedEx International Delivery.
For overseas orders, the following additional costs will be charged to the customer:

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday) only.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
